Why Work with Talent Bureau?
Curated Roster
Every person we represent has been chosen because they perform well on stage, work professionally behind the scenes, and leave audiences with something to take back to their work or their lives.
Speaker Matching That Fits
A good speaker recommendation starts with listening. We ask about your audience, your theme, and what you want people to walk away thinking or feeling. The shortlist we send you reflects that conversation, not a generic search result.
Straightforward Fee Guidance
Booking a speaker comes with a lot of unknowns. We help you understand what to expect from start to finish. That means honest conversations about budget, timeline, and expectations from the very first call.
Great companies we work with.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Talent Bureau?
Talent Bureau is a speakers bureau that books keynote speakers, celebrities, athletes, and business leaders for corporate events, conferences, galas, and other gatherings. We work with organizations across Canada and the United States, from large national conferences to smaller executive events, and handle the full process from first recommendation through to confirmed booking.
How do I book a keynote speaker through Talent Bureau?
Browse our roster or fill out the contact form and tell us about your event. Someone from our team will follow up to learn more about your audience, budget, and goals, then send you a shortlist of speakers who are a good match. From there, we handle availability, contracts, and everything else through to the day of your event.
Can you recommend speakers based on our event theme?
Yes, and that’s often the best place to start. Tell us your theme, who will be in the room, and what you want the audience to take away, and we’ll put together a shortlist built around that brief. A general search of our roster is a good starting point, but a conversation with our team usually gets you to a better answer faster.
Do you represent Canadian and U.S. speakers?
Yes. Our roster includes speakers based in cities across Canada and the United States, and we regularly book talent for events in both countries and internationally. If you have a geographic preference or need someone who can speak to a specific regional audience, let us know and we’ll factor that in.
How much does a keynote speaker cost?
Speaker fees vary based on the person, the type of event, and how the engagement is structured. We work with organizations across a wide range of budgets and share fee guidance early in the conversation so you know what to expect. Get in touch and we’ll give you a realistic picture of what’s possible.
