About This Speaker

Andi Petrillo is an award-winning sportscaster whose career has spanned over two decades. Currently, Petrillo hosts CBC Sports, where she covers and shares the stories of high-performance athletes on the network’s weekend show, CBC Sports Presents.

Throughout her career, Petrillo has achieved many firsts for women in sports broadcasting in Canada. She has helped pave the way for younger female broadcasters to build their own careers in the industry.

Andi Petrillo can be seen on many major sports broadcasting events, including CBC Sports’ coverage of the World Championships and the Olympic Games. Most recently, she has become the lead host for CBC’s broadcasts of the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL).

Petrillo also shares her extensive soccer knowledge on the digital platform OneSoccer. She is the lead host for the men’s and women’s national teams, the Canadian Championship tournament, and the Canadian Premier League.
