Ryan Haddon is a certified Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Meditation Teacher, and Breathwork Facilitator with more than 18 years of experience helping others thrive. She has guided hundreds of private clients, global brands, and organizations toward greater well-being and self-awareness.
Ryan designs customized wellness programs for companies such as LVMH, CAA Talent Agency, Tracy Anderson Fitness, Poosh, ELEMIS, Visionary Women, DIOR Paris, The Second Shift, and U.S. government agencies. Her approach blends mindfulness, coaching, and emotional fitness to create meaningful change.
As the founding Director of Programming at Sage + Sound—a leading wellness space on New York’s Upper East Side—Ryan built the curriculum and managed a team of 25 teachers offering 40 classes each week.
