What Guides You During Challenging Times?

When facing a crisis, defining ourselves by what we have leaves us feeling unsettled, what if instead we define ourselves by who we are becoming? In this keynote, Madison shares action-steps to take that enable us to make peace with uncertainty, develop an empowering definition of self, and transform ourselves from merely surviving change to thriving and growing from it.

The Courage To Share Your Struggles Enables You to Grow

When navigating change, many of us struggle silently and will often rehash our problems over and over - keeping us stuck. Over the last six years, Madison has learned from dozens of podcast guests that the one thing we all have in common is the potential to turn our struggles into inflection points for growth. The decision to share and learn from difficult moments creates opportunities to deal with change in more creative and collaborative ways. All it takes is a bit of courage and vulnerability.

How to Adapt to Rapid Change

We are living through a time of rapid change, transformation and opportunity…. So why do we feel so overwhelmed? In this talk, Madison shares how to adapt to change and the ways it unlocks the superpower of resilience. Instead of seeing change as a route to burnout, we can see it as an opportunity to become the best we can be personally and professionally.

The Ultimate Productivity Hack

The stereotype of a strong, resilient person is someone who doesn’t show their emotions, unaffected by anything that comes their way. In this keynote, Madison proposes true strength and resilience come from developing the “soft” skill of emotional intelligence (EQ). As it turns out, learning to integrate our emotions in our day to day life, work, and play increases our EQ - unlocking a game-changing productivity hack.
