Harley Knife, known by his Cree name “Good Morning Rising Sun,” is a proud member of the Ahtahkakoop Cree Nation from Treaty 6 territory and currently resides in Kelowna, BC. With over a decade of experience as a Senior 2D Animator, Harley has made significant contributions to beloved projects such as Max and Ruby, Pete the Cat, Frog and Toad, and Baby Shark’s Big Movie. Now at Titmouse Vancouver, his deep passion for art, culture, and video games fuels his mission to elevate Indigenous representation in animation. Through his creative work and powerful storytelling, Harley Knife inspires future generations, leaving a lasting impact on the industry and beyond.
