Molly Carlson is a trailblazer in high diving, known for her groundbreaking achievements and transformative impact on the sport and its community. A member of Canada’s Elite National High Dive Team, Molly competes in the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series. Her journey in diving began with a dream of the Olympics, but after facing intense pressure and developing a severe eating disorder, she was forced to step away.
In 2020, Molly returned to the sport with a renewed focus on high diving, quickly becoming a standout athlete. Molly’s influence extends beyond her sporting achievements. She has captivated a global audience, amassing over 6 million followers who are drawn not only to her thrilling dives but also to her openness about her personal struggles.
Through her candid storytelling, Molly Carlson launched the #BraveGang movement, advocating for self-love, body positivity, and overcoming fears. In June 2024, Molly expanded this initiative with the @bravegang_ Instagram page, a dedicated space where individuals can support one another and celebrate their unique journeys.
