Courageous Vulnerability: Leading Through Micro-Moments of Bravery
True leadership isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about having the courage to be real when it matters most. Growing up with a severe stutter, Joze Piranian avoided speaking almost entirely out of fear. Years later, that same vulnerability became the foundation of his global speaking and comedy career, and the lens through which he teaches leaders how to connect, inspire, and lead authentically. In this deeply human and often humorous keynote, Joze explores the intersection between vulnerability, courage, and leadership. He shares how small, consistent acts of bravery, the micro-moments of speaking up, admitting uncertainty, or listening with presence, create a ripple effect that transforms teams and cultures. By embracing courageous vulnerability, leaders unlock trust, innovation, and belonging. It is not about being fearless, but about being seen in their fear. Your audience will leave inspired to transform discomfort into growth, silence into dialogue, and hesitation into meaningful action. Learning Outcomes: • Redefine leadership as a practice of courageous vulnerability rather than perfection or control • Discover how to transform personal fears — the “inner stutter” — into pathways for trust and authentic influence • Learn how micro-moments of bravery can build psychological safety and engagement across teams • Cultivate empathy and resilience as leadership superpowers, with practical tools to model authenticity and inspire action amid uncertainty
